Terms and Conditions for Fresh Gift Vouchers Offer (Carrefour and Kazeon)

1. The offer is valid from June 8 to June 30, 2026, or until stock lasts.
2. This offer is valid for end consumers only, not for commercial resale, and applies to all retail outlets.
3. The offer is valid for electronic and tax invoices bearing the tax stamp issued from the place of purchase of the devices in the customer's name.
4. If the customer enters an invoice with a previous date or a duplicate invoice, the offer will be canceled for the customer and all submitted invoices will be voided.
5. The offer is valid when purchasing our products at the official price without any discounts, and does not apply to products that have been subject to any discount offers.
6. The gift voucher will be sent 14 days after registration on the official campaign website via text message.
7. Purchased products whose invoices have been uploaded to the campaign cannot be returned or exchanged. By registering the invoice on the official campaign page, the customer acknowledges that they will not return or exchange the purchased products on the invoice, while retaining all warranty rights on these products.
8. Each customer may register only three invoices with a maximum of 10 products per invoice in a single registration process, and the customer cannot re-register to obtain the offer.
9. Registration requires uploading a copy of the electronic or tax invoice with the customer's full name matching the invoice, mobile number, purchase area (where the outlet is located), the customer's national ID number, and the device serial number found on the warranty certificate.

11. The gift voucher (whether from Carrefour or Kazeon) is determined by Fresh Company.
12. The offer is valid only until the allocated stock runs out or the offer period ends. Stock depletion will be announced through the same channels used to announce the original offer.
13. Fresh Company reserves the right to reject any transactions that do not comply with the above terms without reference to the customer.

How to Redeem the Gift Voucher

1. Upon receiving the gift voucher code message from Fresh Company, the customer goes to one of the Carrefour or Kazeon branches as specified in the message, and provides the cashier with the voucher code to deduct it from the customer's purchase invoice.
2. The voucher value cannot be redeemed in cash.
